Booking & Cancellation Policy By booking an appointment with Elgheriany Fertility, you agree to the following terms. * Full payment is required to confirm your appointment. * Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. * Cancellations made within 48 hours, failure to attend (no-show), or arriving more than 15 minutes late are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability. * All appointments are scheduled according to United Kingdom local time (GMT/BST, as applicable). Patients are responsible for checking the correct time in their own country. Missed appointments due to time zone errors will be treated as a no-show. * Consultation fees cover specialist medical advice and personalised clinical recommendations only. Investigations, medications, laboratory tests, fertility treatments, hospital fees, and services provided by third-party clinics are not included. * Patients are encouraged to submit all relevant medical records before the consultation. Incomplete information may limit the scope of the consultation. * Recommendations are based on the clinical information available at the time of consultation and current medical evidence. No consultation or treatment strategy can guarantee pregnancy or a successful treatment outcome. * Elgheriany Fertility provides consultant-led medical advice and is not an emergency medical service. Patients with urgent medical concerns should seek immediate care from their local healthcare provider.
